I have a discount code, where do i use it?

As you proceed to checkout after entering your delivery address, you're in luck! Simply add your item to your basket, and then enter your discount code into the box located above the price at the bottom of the page.

Once you've entered your code, the discount will be automatically applied and deducted from your total price.

Can i get my mirror installed?

We apologize, but we do not currently offer mirror hanging or installation services.

For assistance with this, we recommend exploring websites like TaskRabbit.

Generally, this service is priced between £30 to £50.

What is a delivery upgrade?

For our larger mirrors, we employ a specialized courier service.

At checkout, for an additional fee, the delivery driver can either transport your mirror into a designated room or unpack and dispose of packaging.

Please be aware that this service is exclusively offered for large mirrors.

The product i want is out of stock, when is it coming back?

Seems like it's in high demand! We aim to replenish our stock every 30 days.

As the restocking date approaches, we'll open the option for pre-orders to ensure you don't miss out.

Additionally, you can subscribe to our mailing list for timely updates.

I've just placed an order

Will I receive a delivery timeslot?

Once your order has been routed by our courier partner, you will confirm the delivery date via SMS. On the morning of delivery you will then receive a 3 hour timeslot and tracking link via SMS.

I need to change my delivery date

If you have confirmed your delviery date but need to change this, simply reach out to our delivery partner on the number provided in the original SMS.

I have changed my mind and need to cancel my order

No problem. Get in touch with one of our Customer Care Team and we will help you with your cancellation.

My order is on its way

Where is my delivery?

You can keep up with your delivery via the tracking link in your delivery window SMS. You will receive this message on the morning of delivery.

Do I need to be in to sign?

In most cases, a signature is required upon delivery. You do have the option to arrange 'Safe Place Delivery' with our courier directly. In this instance no signature is required. We and the courier are not liable for any loss or damage after delivery if you choose the Safe Place option.

After my delivery

I need a copy of my invoice. Where can I get one?

We will send you an order confirmation email on the day of purchase. You can also reach out to our Customer Care Team to request a copy to your email.

I have opened my product and it is damaged.

We are sorry to hear that your item has arrived damaged. Please complete our claims form which can be found herePlease have all your order details to hand and include clear pictures of the damage.

I want to return my product.

We are sorry to hear that you wish to return your product. Please complete our returns form which can be found here. Following this, a member of our Customer Care Team will reach out with an appropriate resolution within 72 hours. Please retain ALL of the original packaging.
