When will my order arrive?

In Stock Items

This varies, please check the indiviudal product page for an exact date. If the product is in stock we usually aim to deliver within 48 hours.


Pre Order Items

Please also check the individual product page for an estimated delivery date.

Please note that this date is subject to change based on conditions outside of our control, Shipping delays etc. Generally this date will be delayed no longer than two weeks. You can self cancel your order at anytime before it leaves our warehouse here.
 

What courier do you use?

Large Items


Our primary delivery partner is Furdeco, a third-party delivery company. We service areas within the United Kingdom, excluding islands and Ireland.

On occasion, the delivery provider may change, depending on the item's size, Furdeco's capacity, or other valid reasons. In such instances, we will inform you of the new courier and provide tracking information where possible.

Small Items

Our smaller items are shipped with either DPD or DHL, Tracking will be provided via email and or sms.

How will i know my order is on the way?

We will notify you via email and or sms once your item is dispatched, for larger items our partner courier will reach out directly to you to confirm your delivery date and time. Smaller items you will receive direct confirmation from DHL or DPD. 

Can you leave my order in a safe place?

Yes! Please arrange this directly with the courier once they confirm your delivery time and date.

Can i change my delivery date?

Larger items

Yes! However not all locations can choose a specific date, If you would prefer a specific date please reach out to our customer care team on 020 4587 4868 and they'll be able to let you know if the proposed date can be accomadated, it's normally a yes!

Smaller items

Unfortunatley DHL & DPD do not offer specific day services for our items.

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunatley due to the nature of our items we are still looking for a reputable courier to deliver safley outside of the UK.

What postcodes don't you deliver to?

We deliver to most UK postcodes; however, some areas are subject to a delivery surcharge and there are certain postcodes we unfortunately cannot service. 

The following postcodes are subject to a delivery surcharge of £17.00:
AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH, PL, FK, KY, TR.
(Following your order an email will be sent with a secure payment link to pay the surcharge)

The following postcodes we cannot deliver to:

IV40+, KW16+, PA20+, PH41-44, Republic of Ireland plus UK offshore islands.
