Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Mirror Maison for your mirror needs. We appreciate your interest in our
products and commitment to pre-ordering. Please review the following policies before placing your
pre-order.

 

Payment Terms:
All pre-orders require payment in full at the time of checkout. Payments are processed immediately
upon placement of your order.

 

Cancellation Policy:
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the item is shipped. To cancel your pre-order, please
fill out the self-serve cancellation form available here cancellations.mirrormaison.com. Refunds for
cancelled pre-orders will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.

 

Pre-Order Dates:
Pre-order dates are displayed on the individual product pages. Please note that these dates are not
final and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as delayed shipments to
our warehouse.

 

Delivery Times:
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to wait to receive your product, even if it exceeds
our standard in-stock delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work
diligently to fulfil your order.

 

Returns for Pre-Orders:
If your pre-ordered item has already been shipped, it must be returned to us in its original packaging.
Please fill out our standard returns form available here . In this scenario
please note that our standard returns and refund policy takes precedence which can be found here.

 

Refunds for Cancelled Pre-Orders:
If you cancel your pre-order before the item has been shipped, a full refund will be processed to your
original payment method within 7 working days. Please note that full refunds are only available for
cancelled pre-orders that have not yet been shipped.
