Thank you for choosing Mirror Maison. We are committed to ensuring a transparent and efficient delivery process for your purchase. Here are the updated terms and conditions of our shipping policy:

 

Delivery Method and Area:

Our primary delivery partner is Furdeco, a third-party delivery company. We service areas within the United Kingdom, excluding islands and Ireland.

However, due to our shopping cart provider's limitations, orders from outside mainland UK might occasionally be accepted. These orders will be refunded within 7 working days, as delivery to these areas is not possible.

Additionally, some areas within our service zone may sometimes be undeliverable, and such orders will also be refunded.

 

Alternative Delivery Providers:

On occasion, the delivery provider may change, depending on the item's size, Furdeco's capacity, or other valid reasons. In such instances, we will inform you of the new courier and provide tracking information where possible.

 

Standard Delivery Protocol:

Our standard delivery includes delivery to the hallway of your property. Options for room of choice delivery or packaging removal may be available at checkout. If these options are not selected, standard hallway delivery will be conducted.

 

Delivery Attempts:

Furdeco will attempt delivery once for free. Additional delivery attempts are subject to a fee:

 

a. Cancellation or Refund:

If delivery is unsuccessful, we may cancel your order and refund you, minus the initial delivery charge.

 

b. Redelivery Charge:

A second delivery attempt can be arranged for a fee of £20.

 

Signature and Proof of Delivery:

A signature is required upon delivery. You have the option to arrange for the order to be left in a safe place directly with Furdeco. We and Furdeco are not liable for any loss or damage after delivery.

 

Reporting Issues:

Any delivery issues, including damage or complaints, must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

 

Delivery Time and Date:

While we aim to accommodate your preferred delivery times, specific dates or times cannot be guaranteed.

 

Delivery Notifications:

You will receive tracking information from either Furdeco or the alternative delivery provider.

 

Provisional Delivery Date:

Furdeco or the alternative courier will contact you with a provisional delivery date, requiring SMS confirmation.

 

Delivery Damage or Loss:

Report damage or loss within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution, including replacement or refund.

 

Collect and Swap Policy:

If the mirror is damaged or incorrect, retain the original box for collection and replacement. Without the original packaging, a £50 fee applies for specialist courier collection.

 

Delivery Exceptions:

We will keep you updated on any delays due to unforeseen circumstances and provide an updated delivery estimate.
