When will i receive a response after filling out the form?

Please allow up to 3 working days for our customer care to review your situation and respond.

How long is your returns period?

Our standard returns period is 14 days from the date of delivery.

Will i be charged for a return?

If the mirror received is the wrong size, color, or style due to customer error, a collection fee of £25 will apply. (This fee will be invoiced and can be paid via card payment.)

Damaged items or mirrors sent in the wrong style or color due to a shipping error will be collected free of charge.

What are the refund options?

We offer the following refund options based on your preference:

Store Credit: Receive the full value of the returned mirror as store credit for future purchases.
Full Refund: Get a full refund of the mirror's purchase price back to your original payment method.
Partial Refund: If applicable, a partial refund amount will be determined based on the specific situation.

What do i need to do to prepare for collection?

Please repackage your item in its original box and clear a walkway for our delivery partner.

How long do refunds take?

Klarna/ClearPay Payments: Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. If you have outstanding Klarna/ClearPay repayments, they will be paused, and any already paid amounts will be refunded.
PayPal Payments: Refunds for PayPal will be issued immediately. The funds should arrive in your PayPal account within a few hours. If paid with a PayPal eCheque, allow up to 7 working days for processing.
Debit/Credit Card Payments: Refunds to debit/credit cards can take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Please note that all refunds will be processed once the returned goods are received by us or our fulfillment center. While we strive to process refunds promptly, the processing times of payment providers may vary.
